The Boxabl Casita offers compact luxury with 361 sq ft, boasting 9’6″ ceilings, 8′ doors & windows, a full-size kitchen, stylish and modern cabinetry, and a roomy bathroom featuring a deep shower, highlighting practical dimensions for luxurious yet affordable living.

In order to give our customers the best purchasing experience, we have partnered with Slice by FNBO to provide top tier financing options with terms up to 20 years.

The price of a fully installed Boxabl will vary for each customer depending on many factors that include permitting fees, site and foundation work, utility connections, unfolding and installing the unit, and additional interior and exterior options such as a patio deck. It is our goal to provide the highest quality of service for the most affordable price!

To meet certain regulations, Boxabl units can only be distributed and installed through a certified contractor vetted by Boxabl directly.

Once all permit approvals have been obtained, your Boxabl can be completely ready within 30 days.
